Thevoiper provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone services to businesses, including local, international and toll-free numbers, IVR, PBX, call recording and advanced call-routing features. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.
To use our services you must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Existing toll-free numbers may be transferred to Thevoiper. Numbers assigned by Thevoiper may be transferred to another carrier after a minimum of 90 days of paid service, subject to applicable regulations.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, including unsolicited communications, harassment, or any activity that disrupts our network or violates the rights of others.
We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. VoIP services depend on your internet connection, which is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thevoiper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
